Orders, Delivery and Advice
Here is some informations to help you through your shopping experience:
When you order from us, we get a notification and make sure your order is in stock before sending it.
We will send you a mail when your order is ready to be shipped, or inform you if theres a problem with your order or shipping informations , usually before 72 hours. If your don't get a confirmation email before that, you are free to message us through the contact box on this page and explain your concern.
If we aren't sure about your shipping informations and we get no response from you, your order won't be shipped, to avoid delivery problems.
All our packages are sent by registered mail. You will receive your order to the provided delivery address, or at your usual post office in the case of absence.
All orders placed before noon (From Monday to Friday) are usually shipped out the same day. Orders placed from Friday to Sunday will be shipped out from Monday afternoon. It might change depending on busy periods as sales or discount periods.
For International: delivery charges do not include customs fees that may be due when the package reaches the country of destination.
If you are not happy about your order , you can return it to us for something else , one week maximum after reception, but you will have to pay for shipping.
Lost orders are reimbursed without shipping cost.
